AACOA: Technologies and Capabilities

In 1991, AACOA designed and built a new technologically advanced $7.5 million, 117,000 square foot anodizing facility in Elkhart, Indiana, followed in 1998 by our new and equally advanced $8.5 million, 91,000 square foot extrusion and fabricating facility in Niles, Michigan. This facility was expanded in 2002 to add 30,000 square feet for fabrication and a second 2500 ton UBE extrusion press. That's why today, we're able to offer a full range of aluminum extrusion services to meet your finished product requirements. In the AACOA anodizing facility, our advanced material handling equipment, including eight bridge cranes, enables us to efficiently handle large or small quantities of stock. We routinely anodize products ranging from a few ounces to weights over 1,000 lbs. Our tanks are among the largest in the country.

One key to an outstanding anodizing job is the experience and skill of the employees who rack components. We often design and fabricate special anodizing racks to preserve the excellence of your finished product. This kind of detail contributes to our reputation for capably handling a wide variety of projects, large or small.

Most importantly, our aluminum extrusion facility is designed to furnish products meeting your specifications and schedule, not ours. That's why we say, "Our Customers Set the Rules." Need more info? Contact AACOA.
